Return & Exchange Policy

You can only return products if you have received wrong or defective product.(Photos, Opening Video is required.)

Exchange
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 
- Exchange is only possible incase of defect or damage found. 
- ⁠Please note that we only offer exchanges for items of the same or higher value.
- ⁠To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- ⁠Please note, the return article will need to be shipped back to us by the customer.

We have to receive the package within 15 days of delivery.
